Coeur d'Alene Photographer: Cody & Kiah Engagement

When Cody was an 8th grader he was "the man". That is, all the girls thought he was cute, all the girls wanted to talk to him, to be with him, to date him. Kiah, a 7th grader definitely knew who Cody was. How could she not? Cody knew who Kiah was too, but that was about it. They weren't' really friends, but they knew each other.

Coeur d'Alene Resort Wedding: Blake & Amanda

Blake and Amanda had an incredible wedding at the Coeur d'Alene Resort in early October. As a wedding photographer, it's always a blast to photograph there, as there are so many options. Blake and Amanda had one of those days where you were hoping it wouldn't rain, then it would, then it wouldn't, and eventually you end up with your ceremony inside. In fact, I don't think it actually rained at all on October 7th, but it was the high winds and colder weather that more moved it inside. But it ended up working out well, as once sunset came the clouds cleared and we had an incredible sunset.

Coeur d'alene Resort Wedding: James & Krista

James and Krista had a beautiful day. it also wasn't beautiful. It rained, and rained HARD for a very large portion of the morning. It rained until it looked like it would rain all day. We moved the ceremony inside and right after that decision was made and executed, the sun came out, the temperature warmed, and it was beautiful. In fact, it was incredible. But the weather was just a small thing compared to Jim and Krista.

Spokane Wedding Photography: Jordan & Bailey

Before you do anything, go watch this Spokane Wedding of Jordan and Bailey, listen to what they have to say, and watch their Photo Story! It's pretty awesome.

Jordan and Bailey are some pretty amazing people. They are kind and thoughtful, they are energetic and loving, they have amazing friends and family, and they are people I highly enjoy being around. Their incredible backyard wedding was filled with so many moments, so many smiling faces and emotion that I couldn't seem to cut any more photos out of this blog.

Incredible November Winter Engagement: Doug & Destiny

I love it when I get the opportunity to photograph my friends. I've talked about it a lot, but there is something about being at a wedding where you know the couple, where you know their friends, and you get to be there to experience all of it. Not just the ceremony and reception, but the prep, the first look, the portraits. I love being able to see the couple and interact with them, being able to experience some of the biggest moments of their lives, and capture that moment.
