Spokane Chateau Rive Wedding: Marc & Nathalie

Marc and Nathalie had an incredible wedding - from the beautiful place they both got ready at (two private residences downtown Spokane) to the incredible venue they decided to say their vows - their wedding was filled with many great moments. We had a lot of fun with the ladies in the morning as they got ready, laughing with them, but also capturing all the little details of the day. The guys, who always get ready in a significantly different way, were equally fun. Marc and Nathalie had some great moments too, from the first "look" to the incredible ceremony where they said their vows for the first time. Standing there, with the Spokane River behind them, saying they want to spend the rest of their lives together. It was beautiful. I couldn't be happier for them, and it is a huge privilege for me to be able to share these memories from such an awesome day.

Downtown Spokane Wedding: Grant & Faith

Grant and Faith had an incredible wedding. They got married downtown Spokane at the Monteville Event Center on a day that was perfect for early May. The location was beautiful, the light was great, and I enjoyed every minute with the bride and groom and their friends and family. We had some great moments, but one that I remember so well is when Faith - who is scared to death of heights - Inched close to Grant so we could take an awesome photo on the roof. it was one of the last things we did that day, and it was beautiful. I loved getting to know everyone, and I'm so excited to be the one who can share these photos, these memories, with you.

Spokane Family Photography: Looyenga Family

Around once a year I endeavor to do something that is more challenging that almost anything else I've tried to do; take pictures of my own family. While it is difficult, it is also one of the most rewarding things, because unlike taking pictures for people I don't know, I get to see these images. I get to see them on my Christmas cards, and on the walls of the homes of my brothers and parents. It's a tangible way to see how doing what I do can bless others. So this is my family, my parents, my brothers and their wives and kids. They are amazing people - as I'm sure many of you know - and they are my family.

Coeur d'Alene Lake Engagement: David & Katelyn

They don't really know when they met. Their siblings knew each other, talked about the other one, but David and Katelyn don't really remember "that time". So I asked them, when was the first moment that they remember with each other. And it turns out, they both remembered the same moment.

Spokane Headshot photo of Danny Davis, a local Realtor and excellent man.

Business Headshots: Danny Davis

I met Danny Davis a long time ago - in high school in fact - and while we were friends then, I would say our friendship has grown over the past couple years. Starting with his incredible wedding two summers ago, that I was privileged to be at, and growing ever since then. So when he asked me to take a new headshot for him I said "I probably wouldn't take it like most headshots" to which he replied "perfect". Obviously a headshot needs certain things, but the difference that I like to do is use natural light, natural colors, to get warmer tones and a more relatable feel. I've had the privilege of doing some others headshots recently as well. I'm pumped to be able to share these business headshots with everyone.
