Incredible North Idaho Rustic Barn Wedding: Brock & Amanda

Every time I post a wedding I through a long and incredibly frustrating process of trying to cull down the photos to the very best. I want each wedding on the blog to be concise, beautiful, and unique, shining with personality, but not so long that you get bored, or want to move on. I'd love to tell you I could do this with Brock and Amanda's wedding. I'd love to tell you that I brought their blog down to a beautiful 65 images or something like that. But I can't. Brock and Amanda had a wedding that was beautiful from beginning to end, each moment with it's own beauty, it's own moments. From an emotional first look and ceremony, to a ton of laughter and fun during dancing, to some incredible locations and moments with their portraits. I found each moment beautiful, and it was hard for me to say "people shouldn't see this photo".

Coeur d'Alene Photographer: Marcus & Lauren's Engagement

A couple years ago Marcus and his friends would always go on a trip up to Priest Lake. They were all really close, so the times were fun, natural, filled with a ton of inside jokes and good moments. I say always, except that didn't always happen. About 3 years ago some of his friends couldn't make it, so the ones that could make it invited some of their co-workers to come along.

Coeur d'Alene Photographer: Jamo & Aimee

They met at Red Robin. Aimee was visiting from Connecticut and her friend took her to hang with with his friends. Jamo was there, and he remembers her. He remembers that pretty girl, with the curly hair.

Coeur d'Alene Photographer: Dan & Kim's Engagement

Math class. It isn't known to pull people together, but in Dan and Kim's case, that's exactly what happened. Dan and Kim were both athletes, but it wasn't until Kim's senior year of high school (Dan's junior year) that they actually shared a class together. They knew who each other were, but they hadn't really spent any time together. It didn't take long though, and these two were hooked.

Coeur d'Alene Photographer: Hayden & Elaine's Wedding

Hayden and Elaine are amazing people. The way they smile, interact and love on those around them. I could see it when Elaine's mom was helping her into her dress, as they both tried not to cry. I could see it in Hayden and Elaine's reveal, when neither of them followed the instructions I so hoped they would follow (because they were SO darn excited). I could see it in their interaction's with their friends. These two people are amazing, and their wedding on Coeur d'Alene lake was on par with that. It had great moments and people, all I could ever ask for from a wedding. Even though they had other amazing things (florist, Dj, venue, wedding coordinator) they were all people that complimented the couple. I am so privileged to be able to share these wedding photos, these memories, these people, with you.
