High School Senior Photographer: Ruby
Yes! You read that last name right! If you didn’t know I have a younger sister - much younger - and she is a senior this year. What you also may not know is that she’s amazing. She has one of the kindest, most genuine smiles, she’s quick to laugh, thoughtful with her compliments, extraordinarily smart, and absolutely driven. For me, I grew up as the middle of three brothers, but when I was around 16 years old my parents took us out to Dockside at The Coeur d’Alene Resort and told us over dessert that they were expecting another child - my youngest brother Eli.
A couple years after that my parents adopted my amazing sister Ruby. Because she came into my life when I was around 19, I didn’t know her much when she was younger. I lived away from home, went to school out of town, and got married. But over the last couple years I’ve had the chance to get to know her better, to see who she really is, what she loves, and spend time with her. And each moment has been such a blessing. So taking her senior photos was awesome, because it allowed me to capture that smile, that laugh, those passions that make up who she is. I am so excited to share these with you guys, I hope you love them - I know I do.
