Total shoot time would be roughly 2/3 hours, but this allows for much greater variety in locations and settings. It’s also ok to split time between two days (say you wanted some baseball photos on the field, but also wanted something in the mountains)

I met Brynn for the first time when I showed up at their house to take her senior photos. I was immediately met by her brother and his girlfriend (who were so incredibly kind) and off we went on an adventure! From finding some great spots in the fields, to some incredible views over looking Coeur d’Alene Lake, to watching Brynn and her skill on the surf board on Lake CDA, it was all a blast. I love how these turned out, and I'm so excited to be able to share them with you.
Ace is a senior I know I'd get along with if we were to talk longer. She is the head of the year book at her school, and she’s someone that’s quick witted, and kind. Not to mention she has two very kind parents that I had the privilege to meet. What a great young woman, who seems destined to go on to do great things.
I met John a couple years ago when I did his oldest sisters senior photos, then again a couple years later when I had the chance to photograph his other sister. So when I was contacted to do his photos, it was a huge compliment (as it always is when someone has seen your work, met you, and wants more). John wanted to show off his two trucks (which we clearly did) as well as capture some photos on the water, because that’s what he loves. I really enjoyed being there, and am pumped to share these with you guys.
I had the privilege of photographing Eamon’s older brother several years ago, so getting the chance to meet him, and see some of his family again was awesome. it’s always such a huge compliment when someone hires you again, after meeting you, seeing your work, and all the things. This one was no different, and I loved catching up a bit, and getting to know more about this young man. Here are some of my favorites from our time downtown Spokane.
I had the chance to meet Delany as she drove through our area on her way to vacation. Her, her mom, and her sister all joined for these photos and it was so great getting to know them. They were kind and thoughtful, and we couldn’t have had a better day. Excited for how these turned out!
Getting to meet up with Allison this spring and get some awesome photos of her was awesome. Not only is she beautiful, but she is such a solid person. Being a 5th grade teacher, and a long distance runner (who’s done Boston! Which is a huge accomplishment) she’s someone I got along with very quickly. Loved being able to get some great photos of her and the bright smile that she has.
Mic is someone I met for the first time at her senior photo shoot. She was easy to talk to and had several spots planned out for us to go to. All with great foreground and framing - so awesome when people see the things I see. Either way, I love how these turned out!
I started to get to know Cole on Instagram as we messaged each other back and forth. He is someone who’s getting into photography, so we talked about that for a bit. It is always an honor to photograph someone who is very opinionated on how the photos should look - it means they’ve looked at your photos with a discerning eye and decided that what you do is the best they could find. A huge compliment. So here are Cole’s senior photos! I hope you love them, we certainly got a great day.
I’ve had the chance to know Zoe for multiple years. It is such a crazy thing to me to watch people grow, mature, and start to learn more and more of what it means to be themselves. I see this in Zoe. She’s strong, thoughtful, and beautiful. Someone who is always great to have around, and I have seen grow and mature in such awesome ways over the years. Being able to take her senior photos was a huge privilege, and it was great being able to talk with her and get to know her even more. I’m excited to share some of my favorites from the shoot.
A couple years ago I met Dillon at his brother Brayden’s wedding which was one of my favorite weddings that last year. That said, their family and that couple stayed in my mind, so when Brayden’s mom reached out to me this year to photograph Dillon’s senior photos, I knew exactly who she was. And boy was I excited, If Dillon was anything like his brother and family, I knew he would be an awesome dude - and I was right. He’s kind, so quick to laugh, easy to talk to, and in some cases, crazy (ask him about his marathon). That said, it was a huge compliment to me to get to capture this young man in some awesome places, and get to know him better. Let me know what you think of these!
I met Devin for the first time when I did his senior photos. He was so kind, thoughtful, and easy to get along with. I had such a great time walking with him and his mom around CDA getting some great photos of him, and i’m so excited to share these photos with you!
I had the huge privilege of photographing Malinda’s wedding a couple of years ago when she married Michael. It was a ton of fun, it was beautiful, and I had the chance to meet some pretty incredible people (Shout out to her brother and sister in law Russell and Allison!) So being able to get some great photos of Malinda for her job (she’s one of the best saprano’s in the world… if I remember what she told me correctly).. So excited to share these, and I hope you love them!
I had the chance to meet Shelby for the first time at her senior shoot. She was out in Idaho to check out some colleges, and she wanted to get something that looked very different than her home. I would say we found it! She was super easy to talk to, kind, and a huge trooper considering it was about 25 degrees outside. That said, we had a blast, and i’m excited to share some of my favorites form this senior shoot!
While I absolutely love doing engagements and families and the like, I also really enjoy doing senior photos. They are so different from all the others because you work with only a single person. In this case, I had the chance to work with Seth. This was awesome in its own right because he’s someone I know outside of photography, I know his heart, likes and dislikes, and a little about who he is. This is always something I love, and being able to capture this incredible human, and his excellent smile, is something I really enjoyed. Here are some of my favorites.
It was almost a year ago exactly that I met Madalyn for the first time. I had been asked to photograph her family - and her family’s extended family. We had an incredible shoot, it was beautiful, fun, with a lot of amazing people (shout out to the Murley’s!) So when I got an email this year asking me to take photos for Madalyn’s senior year, I was excited. She is kind, easy to talk to, and we even both share a love of books (even if our taste in genre’s isn’t the same). So I hope you love these senior photos, they were so fun, and i’m excited to share them with you!
A couple years ago I had the chance to meet Kenedie’s brother when I did his senior photos. But she wasn’t here, so going into the shoot all I knew was that Kenedie loved volleyball. Turns out, she doesn’t just love volleyball, but she is also kind, easy to talk to, and has a bright smile - when she’ll show it to me. I absolutely love how these senior photos turned out, from the range we got, to the outfits, to the locations, it was all beautiful and Kenedie made things so easy. I’m excited to share these!
A couple of years ago I had the chance to photograph Ella’s sister’s senior photos, so getting the chance to come back and take photos of Ella was a huge compliment. This shoot was a lot of fun too, from exploring a bit of their backyard (which is what I did with her sister) to heading downtown Coeur d’Alene (which I didn’t do) was great for variety’s sake. Not to mention we ended up with such an incredible day weather wise. This photo shoot was a lot of fun, and I absolutely loved getting to know Ella along the way.
I really enjoy doing senior photos. It’s awesome to work with one person (instead of two), but also see where someone who is just thinking about their future is deciding to go. This one, however, was special in so many ways. Not just because I had the chance to go up one of my favorite mountains (Schweitzer Mountain) and take photos at sunset, and not just because I love the mountains and hiking. No, this one was special because Jacob’s mom was one of my best friends, starting in Kindergarten. We went to school together for years, and even after that remained friends.
Before this day I had never met Gracie. Which is too bad, as she’s very kind, thoughtful, and absolutely photogenic. A couple years ago I had the chance to meet her brother who had similar traits. So this was pretty great, and i’m so excited to share these senior photos with you!
Yes! You read that last name right! If you didn’t know I have a younger sister - much younger - and she is a senior this year. What you also may not know is that she’s amazing. She has one of the kindest, most genuine smiles, she’s quick to laugh, thoughtful with her compliments, extraordinarily smart, and absolutely driven. For me, I grew up as the middle of three brothers, but when I was around 16 years old my parents took us out to Dockside at The Coeur d’Alene Resort and told us over desert that they were expecting another child - my youngest brother Eli.
I had a great time getting to know Lucas over the time of our shoot. From learning about things he’s loved in the past (such as volleyball), to things he loves now (food, time with friends) it all brought more context to who he is, and where he’s going. I’m excited to be able to share some of my favorite photos from his Coeur d’Alene senior photo session.
What an honor it has been knowing this young man. He’s kind, thoughtful, strong, quick with a laugh and kind word, and absolutely a joy to be around. So being able to spend some extra time with him to take his senior photos was a blessing to me. Kiefer is a gifted athlete, playing soccer and basketball at Christian Center School, he’s also great on the drums, and is someone I genuinely enjoy talking with. I hope I was able to capture some of who he is in these photos, and I hope you love them as well.
I met Tapanga several years ago when I had the chance to do her brothers senior photos - Ron. She was smart, cleaver and great at sports then, but now she’s really excelled. I loved our early morning shoot where we got to catch up a bit, get her in her element, and take some great senior photos out by her high school of Timberlake.
Around 8 years ago my wife and I started attending a new church. Our amazing son (Isaiah) was only around two years old then. The church was small with some really great families involved, and the Harrisons were one of them. Muir and Julia have been friends ever since, so when Julia contacted me to see if I could take Cole’s senior photos I was pumped. I had known Cole for years, as he attending the youth group my wife and I volunteered at, and I knew him to be smart and witty, and while I hadn’t seen him in a while I wasn’t surprised that this adult version of himself was just as smart and witty as every. He’s someone I’ve always really enjoyed, and I’m so excited that I have the chance to share these photos of him.
I met Lilli for the first time when we set out to do her senior photos. You see, Lilli isn’t local, so when her family came up here to visit she thought of the (excellent) idea of having her senior photos done in a place that is totally different from where she lives. I not only love that idea, but I’m also pumped that she chose me to be the one to capture those memories and moments. In talking with her I found she is kind, thoughtful, and has great energy. I truly had a lot of fun getting to know her and her family, and I’m excited I get to share these photos with you!
The Alegreto family is one that i’ve had the privilege of getting to know over the last couple years. From shooting Ashley’s older sisters senior photos (and then wedding) to her senior photos, and now her collage seniors photos. One thing i’ve always been struck with after leaving any of my shoots with these wonderful people is how great they are - kind, thoughtful, sincere. I have genuinely always enjoyed my time with them, and this time was no different. Ashley is amazing, and so impressive that she is graduating after only two years! I’m excited to share these photos with you celebrating her accomplishment.
I loved meeting Parker. Strong, quick to laugh, good humored and a solid dude. It feel weird sometimes going back to Lake City (I graduated from there) and seeing the old places, hearing new stories. Parker has left his mark on this school i’m sure, and he has a bright future in front of him.
A couple years ago I had the chance to meet Savannah when I photographed her older brother David’s senior photos. She was that amazing young woman who came along on the shoot, helped him with his (many) shoes, and was an incredible sister. So a couple years later I was PUMPED when I got an email from her amazing mom asking me to photographer her senior photos as well. What a joy. She’s quick to laugh, with a beautiful smile, and ready to have a great time. I really enjoyed taking her senior photos, and am pumped to share them with you here.
Danika is an incredible young woman. She’s strong, athletic, and has a beautiful bright smile. She’s quick to laugh, driven and super easy to talk to. I really enjoyed my time getting to know her just a little better, and i’m so excited that I can share some of my favorite photos from her killer senior photo session we had earlier this year.
Kailey was someone I truly enjoyed getting to know. She was quick to laugh, has some absolutely stunning eyes, and a super bright smile. On top of these amazing things, she’s part of such an amazing family, whom I have grown to deeply appreciate and love.
