Engagement on the Palouse with Eric and Magda
They met on Tinder - as so many couples do these days. They talked for a couple days, but eventually decided to meet. Magda, being the careful woman she is, decided to meet in a busy place, in the middle of the day, downtown CDA - But the place Eric chose was closed. Magda - being who she is - showed up about 10 minutes early, so she selected a location across the street for them to meet. That means, that when Eric showed up (only one or two minutes late) she spotted him from inside and went out to meet him.
Eric told me, that in that moment, when he first saw her walk out onto the deck, he thought "dang" - she was that beautiful. Magda, from inside the restaurant, saw him and thought that he was exactly what she expected - tall and handsome. Then Eric would speak - and set her completely at ease. In the end, they would spend over 7 hours together for that first date. They would talk, ask hard questions, and see if the other was worth their time - worth a relationship.
The short answer was yes. So much so Eric would even text her to see if she wanted to hang out sooner than they originally planned (she did) and they would start talking every day. So much so Eric's friends were like "Bro - we exist!" In less than a month, both of these amazing people would come to a realization - this person could be someone they would marry. They were THAT awesome.
And that's exactly what's happening! These two are getting married, and I am SO excited to be there. They are kind, thoughtful, and so easy to work with. I had so much fun with them for this shoot, and I'm glad they trusted me on a new location I had been wanting to try for forever. I absolutely love how these turned out, and hope you love them too!
