Rene and Nick's Farragut State Park Engagement

Rene and Nick have such a cool story. It didn't start out on an app - but it also didn't REALLY start in person either. It started because of Rene's aunt. It just so happened that her aunt was doing a lot of painting and so she would go into Nick's work quite often. It was here she noticed he was single and so she began to talk a lot about her beautiful niece. This was true as well when she talked to Rene about the "handsome guy at Sherwin Williams".

It would take close to a year, but eventually Rene would need to go in to get paint for one of her rooms, and because the paint got messed up she needed to talk with the manager - Nick. Now, you'd think when she walked in Nick (knowing the aunt was wanting to set them up) would turn on the charm, and in a way he did - he fixed the paint problem right away - but he also failed to ask her for her number. Rene left a happy customer, but not knowing why he didn’t asking.  

After she left Nick realized how much of an opportunity he missed, so he actually called up Rene's aunt and asked for her number. The aunt - well, she said "let me check". In the end, she said yes and he would text her that same day and setup their first date.

Each date they went on initially had a lot of time in between (just because they were so busy) so even though it took a week for the first date, it was 5 weeks until their second. By the time they went to a music festival together, they both knew - this person is the one.

Now I get to be there to capture them getting married! These two incredible, kind, quick to laugh, easy to talk to people. Absolutely looking forward to it.
