Sydney & Ethan's Farragut State Park Engagement

Many years ago, I worked at Pizza Hut. I was a delivery driver, and really enjoyed my job. So when I found out Sydney and Ethan also used to be Pizza Hut delivery drivers, I thought that was amazing. Not only that, that was how they met.

Really the story starts just before they met, actually, as one of their friends tried to set them up, but Sydney wanted "nothing to do" with that. That said, Ethan needed a job, and he happened to notice Pizza Hut was hiring, so he applied. Sydney would then ask him "are you just coming here because of me?!" - of course, Ethan wouldn't say yes to that question, but he told me while we were doing their engagement photos that it was "definitely a factor". Thing is, while Ethan was flirtatious and talked to Sydney, nothing happened between them for over a year. They worked together, they were friends, but they didn't exactly hang out outside of work.

Really this all started to change when they went after work to get some Dutch Bro's. It was in this moment that Ethan would almost get into a fight defending Sydney from a guy who was mad that Sydney had a huge problem with him littering. Yeah. Big shouting match.

Over the years these two would talk, be friends, break up, get together, and move away - only to keep finding each other, to keep going back to those moments in the parking lot after work. And now, they are getting married! I'm so excited to be there for their wedding next year, but for now, here are some of my favorite photos from their engagement session in Farragut State Park.
