Engagement Photographers: Noah and Amanda

Noah and Amanda are two people with some magnetic personalities. They are two people that are just fun to be with, to talk to. This must have been what their parents thought too when they kept saying to their kids "you should meet Amanda!" (or Noah, in Amanda's case). So, one day, after church, they met. It was a "Oh hey! I'm Noah" kind of deal. And that was it. I asked Noah what he thought when he first met Amanda, and he said something along the lines of "Wow! She's beautiful! Normally when Mom's try to set you up, there's something that doesn't click, but that wasn't the case here".

Of course, then they wouldn't see each other, or talk, for around 6 months (if I remember the story correctly). You see, at the time, Amanda didn't even live locally, so it just seemed weird for them to even bother. She was in Texas. But when she was back on Christmas break her parents were going to go over to Noah's parents house for dinner, and they informed Amanda that "their boys will be there, so she needed to come too". Amanda could see what they were doing right away.

For Noah's part, he was completely unaware, just excited to have one of his favorite meals and have some company over. But when they got there, Noah and Amanda would talk most of the night.

Nothing would come of it (Amanda still lived in Texas). They wouldn't' text, call or anything after that. I asked Noah what he thought of Amanda after the second time, and he said "she was even more beautiful the second time". It was at this comment Amanda would look at Noah with a sparkle in her eye and a slight smile on her face. - These two are just so clearly in love, and it's awesome.

So when did they actually get together? Well, it would end up happening when Amanda moved back from Texas and got a job at her church as the Children's Director. Noah ran into her randomly when he was going to watch a fight night at her house (although no girls were invited, so he saw her as she was leaving) and it would be maybe a week later that he would decide to text her and ask her out.

Their first date was the next day, and it (clearly) went well. It would only take a week (and a second date) for them to move their relationship from dating to official, and then things would move from there. Now they are getting married this month and I am SO excited to be there! I love the fact I get to share these engagement photos with you, and can't wait to share their wedding photos soon!
