Dan and Lisa had such a beautiful day, taking advantage of three of the Davenports beautiful ballrooms, from their ceremony, reception, and dance party. They have an incredible family, so many kind friends, but man - I love how these two just look at each other. From their first look to their sunset photos, I enjoyed Dan and Lisa at every moment on their beautiful day. Dorian and Renee's Belle's on the Bluff Wedding

Dorian and Renee’s wedding was beautiful. While it was quite hot that day, it had so many great moments. From their “first touch” from around the door, to when Renee walked down the aisle, there were so many great emotional moments. I also really enjoyed Dorian’s face when he saw his ring for the first time (It was a surprise for him). Either way, this wedding was filled with great people, and at a beautiful location. Very excited to share these ones with you.

Alex and Allison's Spokane Wedding at the Bozarth Mansion

Alex and Allison had such a beautiful wedding - even if the weather on that day was far from beautiful. We had a mix of sun, rain, hail, clouds and everything in between. I honestly can’t say i’ve ever seen a day that random before. That said, I would say we got really lucky, as it seemed to downpour every time we transitioned from one location to the other, and we got some great light from the overcast skies multiple times. But the real highlight of the day was easily Alex and Allison, who were kind, thoughtful, and so so easy to work with. They had meaning and thought woven through the entire day, from Allison’s bouquet to her first dance with her father. I absolutely loved it. So it is such a privilege to be able to share these photos with you, I hope you love them as much as I loved taking them.

Lifestyle Photography: The Marriage Upgrade

Last week I had the chance to go photograph some pretty amazing people. Ryan and Cassidy Bones, along with their friends Jake and Ashley. They are starting a thing called The Marriage Upgrade - you should check them out on Instagram. I had so much fun talking with them, joking, getting photos of them living life together. Sean and Tyler's Rainy Engagement Downtown Coeur d'Alene

They met as so many other couples do these days - in an app. Sean told me that he was first drawn to Tyler because she "seemed like a normal, genuine, human" which is not very common in the dating apps. In their case though, it was on Bumble, which means the girl needs to reach out. So Tyler reached out to Sean and said something like "Oh you play music? That's awesome! What do you play?" Which immediately grabbed Sean.
