I had the chance to meet the Allsup family a couple of years ago, and so when Abigail reached out to me this year to see if I could photograph their family again I was excited. Their kids have so much life and joy, and it’s so fun when there is enthusiasm not just with the parents - but their children. But this family of five is a blessing in every way - they are kind, easy to talk to, and so quick to laugh. It is moments like these that I am reminded of how lucky I am to be a photographer and meet people like this.
