Engagement Photos in Leavenworth, WA: Dylan & Sam
Dylan and Sam met at a super bowl party. It was the one a couple years ago when the Patriots went down to the Falcons some 27-3 at halftime, then came back to win it in the second half. The one that saw half a house talking mad trash followed by complete silence the second half as they ate their own words - yeah that one. Anyway, Sam remembers it because Dylan walked in rocking a bunch of Pats stuff, and he was the only one. Dylan noticed her too, she was beautiful and super easy to talk to - they felt like old friends right away. She would make fun of him (the Pats were losing after all) and he would go along with the jokes and bring back some of his own.
Either way, they hit it off, and after the game was over they stayed up till 2 am listening to music and just enjoying each other's company. That night Dylan would get her phone number, and Sam would think "Oh good" because she had an equally awesome time. It would only be two more days and Dylan would call her, and they'd schedule a date (or, outing?). More good times would follow, and really their relationship would bloom almost immediately. Sam told me that it was only 2 weeks in that she would tell her friend that "he might be the one". Dylan is just that awesome. And for Dylan, it wasn't much longer than that, as when Sam met her parents and they hit it off - they loved her of course - and he knew in that moment.
In the end, these two clearly love each other, they've loved spending time together since the moment they met and it shows. I loved going on an adventure with them in the rain and mountains, out in Leavenworth WA, and I'm so excited to be able to share these photos with you. I hope you love them, and I can't wait to be there at their wedding this coming summer!
