I think if I was trying to be technical about it, i’ve known Stephanie for basically her whole life - or, more accurately, i’ve known of her. You see, when I was in high school my friends Tony and Chris were in my class (Tony) or my brothers class (Chris). We played basketball together, ate lunch together, and were friends. I remember when their little sister was born, and was brought to those basketball games. So some 23 years later, when that little girl sent me an email to tell me she was getting married I was surprised and excited!

Randy and Payton are two individuals I've enjoyed getting to know since the moment we first met in a coffee shop. They possess fascinating life stories, extraordinary personalities, wonderful friendships, and loving families. The beauty of their wedding lies in how these elements have seamlessly weaved together. Witnessing a couple bring together their closest friends and family to declare, "I choose you, and only you, for the rest of my life," is one of my favorite experiences—it is profoundly beautiful, and I absolutely adore it. Factor in the picturesque backdrop of the day: the stunning location at Settlers Creek, and we end up with a wedding that's breathtaking in countless ways. Coeur d'Alene Photographer: Tyler and Krystal's Tubbs Hill Sunset Engagement

They met in Jr. High - but weren't super close friends. They talked, hung out, but it wasn't like Tyler was calling up Krystal in the evening to see if she wanted to go hang out. They did, however, share the same friend group. It was this way all the way through high school, and once high school ended - so did their friendship. Well, kind of. Just like so often happens, after high school they just didn't see each other very much. This was true until they saw each other at a barn party one of their friends was throwing.

Bryce and Krystal had an absolutely beautiful wedding with so many awesome moments. Personally, one of the ones that hit me the most was when Krystal read some vows to Bryce’s son Caiden - her new stepson - after the first look. He’s about the same age as one of my boys, and you could see on his face how much that moment meant to him, but also Bryce and Krystal. You take moments like that, and combine the hilarious toasts, beautiful final dance and incredible sunset, and you have an absolutely incredible wedding. I’m absolutely excited to share these with you, and I hope you see the moments as they were. I certainly loved being there for them.

I had the chance to meet all four of these amazing people (three siblings, 4 if you include Jake who married in) at Jake and Taylor’s wedding about a year and a half ago. Not only was their wedding beautiful, but they also had some amazing friends and family there. Since then I’ve always enjoyed their company, and so when Taylor reached out and asked me to take some photos of her and her siblings, I was excited. We couldn’t have gotten a better day too, and I love these warm tones we got for this family/sibling shoot. I hope you love them as much as I do!

It’s not every day, or even every year, you go to a wedding that has two ceremonies. In fact, I believe that’s only happened to me once before, and even then they were on different days. Well Dylan and Sam put that all aside and said “let’s do both!” And so we had a day with multiple dresses, changes, portraits when we could, two ceremonies, great toasts and incredible people. Dylan and Sam are two people that are so great to be around, so kind, and this translates to their friends and family as well. This wedding had so many great moments, I am so excited that I have the chance to share those with you.
