Spokane Engagement Photographer: Cole & Nicky
Cole and Nicky are two people I find myself really enjoying. Their conversation is lively, they laugh easily, and their smiles come quick. They have a joy for life - something i’m sure you are aware of. I loved getting to know them more during their shoot, hearing more about how they met (during their time at Eastern Washington University) and how that meeting changed their lives. They realized that the relationship they were in wasn’t like any other when Cole tore his Achilles (if I remember correctly). Achilles tears are some of the worst sports injuries someone could get because you basically can’t walk while it heals.
Well, they were in school, and so the one person Cole had to rely on to help take care of him was his girlfriend, Nicky. In both of their cases, it was during this time that they both realized that the other person was someone they could be with for the rest of their lives. Here they were, spending almost every hour of the day together, in the good and bad, and they were actually enjoying it. Their relationship only grew from there, and now, they are getting married. I can’t wait to be there to photograph it all, i’m sure it’s going to be an amazing day.
