Zarah and Peyton's Winter Engagement

They technically met on Hinge first. The more "serious" version of Tinder. That said, they messaged each other twice or so, and that was it. A couple weeks later, however, they would match again, but on the Facebook Dating app. This is what did it - how weird to match twice?! So they would start to talk and quickly plan their first date.

They went to a place in Coeur d'Alene called the Blue Shell (named after Mario Cart) and played some games. It went "ok" according to both of them. There were no hugs at the end, there wasn't a 5 hour talk, it was just over. It wasn't horrible, it wasn't great. But what it was, was worthy of a second try.

So they did, they went mini-golfing (something one of them had never done before) and that experience on the other hand, was excellent. They hit it off huge, and very quickly decided to become official. It would only be a couple months later Zarah was looking for places to live that were closer to Peyton, as they liked each other so much. 

It continually amazes me how people hit it off, and how they can know something so clearly, even when it's so soon. These two belong together, and they knew it within months. It was so awesome getting to know them more, and I'm so excited to get to be there for their wedding!
