A couple years ago I had the chance to meet Savannah when I photographed her older brother David’s senior photos. She was that amazing young woman who came along on the shoot, helped him with his (many) shoes, and was an incredible sister. So a couple years later I was PUMPED when I got an email from her amazing mom asking me to photographer her senior photos as well. What a joy. She’s quick to laugh, with a beautiful smile, and ready to have a great time. I really enjoyed taking her senior photos, and am pumped to share them with you here.
Read MoreLast year I had the privilege of photographing a bunch of high school seniors. I love doing senior photos, because it’s different, there is a lot of creativity involved, and we are working to capture them, who they are, and what they love. I could be doing photos with cars, balls, or nothing at all, but every time it’s a challenge. This years seniors have another thing that has changed it all, as so many of these seniors never got to finish their senior year.
Read MoreI didn't know much about David before I met him. But I can say that after I did, I became a fan. He was kind, well spoken and knew what he wanted. Something that impressed me the most, in fact, was his attitude toward his sister who came with us on our adventures. So often siblings in high school d on’t get along, but these two do. They share some passions, but they also are unique. And unique is what David has in spades. It isn’t just his 40+ pairs of shoes (only a small sampling featured here) or his excellent taste, but also in his awesome and unique hobbies (boxing, anyone?). It was so much fun getting to know him, and i’m glad I get to share his senior photos with you.
Read MoreJack is an awesome young man. He loves to be on the water, loves to boat, and swim, and just hang out with his friends. Him and I don’t know each other super well, but over the course of his senior shoot I got to talk with him and his amazing family. I enjoyed their company, from his dad all the way down to his mom and sisters. Each of them kind and fun to talk to. Our time was spent laughing, joking, and taking some amazing senior photos.
