Dan and Kaylene had an amazing wedding. Set at a very beautiful venue (a venue which is still trying to decide if they want to be well known or not) with a great view of Lake Spokane, it seemed like everything went exactly the way you’d want it to. People were all there - on time - the light was beautiful and the couple even more so. I loved meeting each of their family members, from their kids, to their kids’ families, each person I met was kind and thoughtful. This wedding was a lot of fun because of these people, but even more so because Dan and Kaylene are just great people. Look no further than their many toasts, and all the stories that came with them. Dillon Lanphere's Senior Photos in Coeur d'Alene

A couple years ago I met Dillon at his brother Brayden’s wedding which was one of my favorite weddings that last year. That said, their family and that couple stayed in my mind, so when Brayden’s mom reached out to me this year to photograph Dillon’s senior photos, I knew exactly who she was. And boy was I excited, If Dillon was anything like his brother and family, I knew he would be an awesome dude - and I was right. He’s kind, so quick to laugh, easy to talk to, and in some cases, crazy (ask him about his marathon). That said, it was a huge compliment to me to get to capture this young man in some awesome places, and get to know him better. Let me know what you think of these!

Chris and Ashley's Wedding at the Ridge at Greenbluff

Chris and Ashley got married on an absolutely beautiful day in late August, with some incredible weather, people and of course, an awesome location. This one was a lot of fun for me, between the excellent vendors, people, and moments, it was one I had a lot of fun at. These two were great from the beginning, and I think it shows. Tyler and Kelsie's Farm Engagement

Like so many couples these days, these two met because they both "swiped right" - that is, they met on Tinder. In this case, Tyler sent Kelsie what is called a "super like" - which basically guarantee's that she'll see it.

Personal - Family Backpacking Trip

One thing I want to make clear. I love taking photos, I love being at weddings and celebrating with everyone, I love capturing little moments during family photos, or milestones like senior photos - but the thing I love to do more than any of those things, is spend time with my family. I love spending time with my two boys and my incredible wife. They bring color to my life. Beyond that though, I love even more doing it in creation - where I see God declare his workmanship and creativity in all the little things.

I met Devin for the first time when I did his senior photos. He was so kind, thoughtful, and easy to get along with. I had such a great time walking with him and his mom around CDA getting some great photos of him, and i’m so excited to share these photos with you!
