Spokane Engagement Photographer: Taylor & Tabitha

When Taylor first met Tabitha, he had come over to a house to help paint (if I remember right). Tabitha didn't know he was coming or have any idea who he was, but she did remember his red mustang he pulled up in. The next thing that stuck out in her mind? The cute boy driving it. She would answer the door, and they would talk for the rest of the day - except not. In fact, after she answered the door,  that was about the last time they talked that day.

However, they had a mutual friend, and so they would meet again when they went out to eat. Tabitha's sister would come along, and they were going to meet several friends for some food (Taylor being one of them). Well, it turns out, the person who invited everyone couldn’t' make it, as well as several other people. This left Taylor, Tabitha, and Tabitha's sister sitting at the restaurant. They hit things off a little bit more this time, where Tabitha began to notice how funny Taylor can be, and their conversation was lively and fun.

It wasn't long after this that Taylor was invited to Tabitha's house for a movie night. Being the polite man he is, he asked if he could bring anything. They didn't have the movie they were watching (unbreakable, if I remember correctly) so Taylor stopped by the store and bought it on his way. The movie night was fun, and it was here that Taylor really started to show an interest in Tabitha.

So he gave her a call and asked her to go paddle boarding with him. She said something along the lines of "yeah! That sounds fun! A group of people going?" to which taylor replied "uhhhhh, if you want there to be?"

They were clearly on different pages, and Tabitha would continue to deny Taylor the "girlfriend" status for over a month. So much so, that even her dad would tell her (multiple times) to either "date him" or "let him go". You see, Tabitha didn't want to just date a dude for no reason, she wanted to be purposeful in that decision, and she wanted it to be clear that she was choosing a good man. In the end, it became pretty clear (thanks dad), and she accepted. Now they are getting married, and I get to be there to photograph their beautiful wedding. I can. Not. Wait.
