Coeur d'Alene Engagement Photographer: Tyson & Chandler
They met at the bar. They had a mutual friend who invited them both. It was Karaoke night. I'd like to say they hit it off right away, that the night was crazy and fun with tons of spontanious moments - but I can't. Tyson told me that as soon as he saw her, he decided she was out of his league, and that he should just move on. Chandler, for her part, told me she barely noticed him that night. The point is, this is where they met.
Months would go by and they wouldn't talk until they both met again at a party for one of their friends. That night Tyson was asked if he was interested in any of the people at the party, BUT the person he was interested in (Chandler) was standing there when he was asked, so he said some random other persons name. Chandler was then like "oh, ok, I see how it is" - although she insists that she did not like him at the time. Instead, she gave Tyson a hard time about his choice all night.
Still nothing happened.
It was the next night they hit it off a little more. Again with their friends they found themselves at a get together and having a good time. Tyson beat Chandler in beer pong, and decided to actively peruse her. Chandler, for her part, started to notice this cute, kind man.
It was about a week, but Tyson would ask Chandler out on a date. They went hiking, got pizza, and had an overall good time. Their second date was well planned, and while Tyson made several moves (including going for a kiss, that Chandler - unknowingly - rejected) they ended up at Chandlers house that night watching a movie. It was here, in this moment, that they started their relationship (officially). That was almost two years ago. Now, they are getting married! And how could I not be excited to be there? These two are so full of energy, with incredible smiles, kind demeanor, and are so easy to work with. I loved getting to know them as we hiked around getting some amazing engagement photos, and I'm so excited to share them with you.
