Jacob and Chelsea's Winter Wedding in Spokane

So technically this wasn’t Jacob and Chelsea’s wedding - they were already married - but not technically this was their wedding. This was the time they had all their friends and family show up for a big celebration of the fact they are going to be together for the rest of their lives. These two are so kind, easy to talk to, and man do I love their smiles - big, genuine, extraordinary smiles. I hope you love some of my highlights from their wedding day.

Daniel and Stacey's Glover Mansion Wedding

Daniel and Stacey are two people that I have loved getting to know. They are super smart, witty, and have such great senses of humor. I had such a great time getting to know them at their engagement session, but being able to get more context on who they are by being at their wedding, meeting their friends and family and watching them laugh and have a great time, on one of the biggest days of their lives? Amazing. The Glover Mansion was such a great setting for this Mid-January wedding, and while it was cold outside, it was warm and welcoming in the house. I love how these turned out, and I hope you do too! Big thanks to Driftwood Point Events for helping get everything going this day, always love seeing them at weddings.

New Years Eve Party at the Davenport Historic - Tom and Lissa

Tom and Lissa have been married for twenty years. TWENTY. And so, on the day of their anniversary (New Years Eve) they decided to celebrate - and celebrate they did! They had so many great friends at their vow renewal, great moments, and of course, incredible outfits. Look no further than that red suit jacket and red dress they wore, Gonzaga red - if you missed it - and they celebrated, danced, and had a great time. Doing a New Years Eve wedding is always fun, and this one was no different (even though it was technically not a wedding) as everyone comes ready to party, and ready to stay to the countdown. In the end, it was beautiful, fun, and i’m so excited to share these moments with you!

Cathy and Kelly Hughes Get Married!

I have known Cathy for several years. She is someone who has always been so kind, thoughtful, and has a beautiful smile. I’ve had the privilege of knowing her daughter, and watching her grow up and become a mom. My incredible wife (Crystal) counts her as one of her closest friends, and comes home with stories and plans that she has with her. So when this friend of ours met Kelly Hughes (of the Kelly Hughes Band) and they started dating, I was excited. In both cases, these are two people who have gone through much in life, and to see them be happy, smiling, and enjoying each other was a huge blessing. On top of all that, when they asked me to photograph their wedding, a wedding that ended up being a wet, dark, but absolutely beautiful wedding I was so very excited to be involved. This wedding had it all, from beautiful people, great moments, lots of smiles, and some excellent company. I’m excited to share more from this one.

Sean and Amanda's Christmas Wedding

Sean and Amanda had thought of so many things, one of which was Amanda’s dress - something she had wanted since she was a child. The colors were all brought together to match the dress and the day, and everything seemed to come together in such a great way. Look no further than the fact we had an actual sunset on a mid-December day. I really appreciate the kindness of them and their friends, and I had such a great time being there and capturing each of the moments. Here are some of my favorites!

Josh and Nikki's Downtown Boise Wedding

I feel like I clicked with Josh and Nikki from the very beginning. Josh loves photography, and Nikki loves her dogs (well, they both love their dogs, but you know what I mean). Either way, both of those things I can relate to very easily, and I have had a great time getting to know both of them. So when they asked me if I would be willing to come down to Boise for a wedding, I was thrilled. I don’t head south that often, and I love to travel (look no further than my “personal” blogs here on the website). We ended up with one of the craziest early November days, from torrential downpours to sun to thunder at one of the craziest times during a ceremony I’ve ever witnessed. These two had an absolutely beautiful day, and I’m so excited to share some of my favorite moments with you here.
