Oh MAN! I had the chance to photograph Jarrett and Meagan’s wedding last year at the Chateau Rive and it was a highlight for me. These two are not only super friendly and kind, but I just enjoyed their company. So when Meagan reached out to me to photograph their new family of three I was super pumped for it. Read MoreSometimes you get the chance to meet some truly special people. This is how I felt earlier this summer when I had the chance to meet the Williams family. They were so energetic, kind, and easy to talk to. I loved the energy the kids had, the kindness the parents showed, and even the cooperative nature of the youngest ones in the group. It was a huge privilege for me to be able to capture these guys, and hopefully get some images that they are going to love for years and years to come.
Read MoreThe Demello family is beautiful - Not just on the outside but on the inside. I absolutely loved getting to know them, their children, and watching them interact. It truly is one of my favorite things, watching families be families. Their kids were so energetic and quick to smile, willing to have fun and get wet (maybe too wet!) But man we had fun for sure. And what an awesome spot we got to do it too, with Coeur d’Alene Lake in the background, while also capturing some of the natural beauty and trees in our area. Read MoreA little more than a year ago I had the huge privilege of taking pictures of an amazing couple at Settlers Creek. Clint and Melissa are two people who had an incredible wedding, with some great laughs, amazing people, and an awesome sunset. Fast forward some nine months and I get an email from Melissa telling me that her and Clint are expecting a baby, and they want me to capture not just their maternity photos - but also some family photos once the little one is born. So amazing! What an honor it is to be there for the engagement, the wedding, and now the beginning of a beautiful family.

As I wasn’t there for the shoot, I don’t have much to say about them, so Dan decided to jump in. "The opportunity to interact & photograph Hillary and her family was an absolute joy to experience! The constant mix of family banter, great laughs and real joy they had together was infectious. They all traveled far to meet together and couldn’t have chosen a more beautiful place. From the oldest generation to the newest, you’d have a hard time telling them apart with their shared energetic spirits and the closeness of their family. The entire session was beautiful and an absolute honor that they chose me to capture these moments. I loved every moment & getting to know each of their stories."
