If you read Noah and Amanda’s engagement blog, it shouldn’t’ be a secret that i’m a fan of these two. They are kind thoughtful, and clearly love each other. But there’s more than that, it’s their families and friends, it’s the people they choose to surround themselves with that makes these two so magnetic, so likable. So being able to be there at their incredible Spring wedding at the Montvale Event Center, downtown Spokane, was something I absolutely loved. From the little moments to the big ones. There was life, beauty, laughter, and so many great chances to take great photos. I hope you love them as much as I do!
Read MoreJosh and Solina are two people I have really enjoyed meeting. From the first time I met Solina over coffee, she was engaged, with a bright smile and easy to get along with attitude, to the first time I met Josh during our engagement photos, where we talked about running, his (basically) broken toe, and of course, him and Solina. So when their Historic Davenport wedding rolled around I was excited to see them again, take pictures of these two beautiful people, but also meet their families, friends, and get to know them more. I’m pleased to say I had a blast. They are kind, engaging and thoughtful, and I can say the same for their families. I loved every minute of my time with them, and i’m so excited that I get to share their wedding photos with you now.
Read MoreAbout ten years ago (woah! 10 years!) I had the chance to shoot an incredible couple who are kind, thoughtful, and love their dogs (shout out to John and Michelle!). Their wedding was beautiful, and I loved it. Fast forward to this March and I had the chance to photograph Michelle’s twin sister. What an honor. It's always amazing to me how much I remember about the weddings I shoot, but also how much I genuinely enjoy seeing the people again. This wedding was that way for me, and i’m so excited to share these late March, snow melting-but-still-super-cold-outside photos.
Read MoreAlex and Rebecca are two genuine, kind people. After spending some time with them at their engagement and hearing their story, and then listening to their vows, being there on their wedding day, watching Alex see Rebecca for the first time, it’s hard for me to not appreciate them even more. Their wedding was beautiful, filled with amazing people, great moments, funny moments, and a couple who clearly love each other. I think this is even more evident when you check out their Photo Story (embedded below) which includes the audio from he first look, their vows, and some of the toasts. I love how it brings things to life, and you dont’ just see their smiles - you hear it. I hope you love it as much as I loved making it.
Read MoreThere is one thing Megan really wanted on her winter wedding day - snow. Well it doesn’t take too long to look around at these photos to realize that didn’t happen, until it did. It was a pretty great surprise when about 40 minutes into dancing we were blessed with a fresh coating of snow outside where we could capture some pretty magical photos. That isn’t to say the rest of the day wasn’t also beautiful, with Megan’s magnetic personality and the kindness of her friends, we had an awesome time (even though that time was also very cold). Their beautiful wedding at the Chateau Rive downtown Spokane was a great one, and I’m excited I get to share these photos with you from their beautiful day.
Read MoreI’ve had the chance to go on multiple adventures with these two. From a (very) cold engagement session, to a smoky early morning hike to the top of a mountain, to a late,, black tie evening at the Centennial hotel for a New Years eve party and reception, it’s all been a blast. These two have always been kind, ready for anything, and I have absolutely loved capturing each moment with them. I hope you also take the time to check out their Colchuck Lake elopement photos that went up on the blog a couple months ago. That said, here are some of my favorite photos from Robbie and Cassie’s New Years Eve Wedding!
