For the last several years i’ve had the chance to watching the Kernodle family grow. It remains one of my absolute favorite things about being a photographer, watching a family grow, seeing the kids change year over year, the catching up with the parents, and watching - even if briefly - it all come together. This is the fourth time i’ve had the huge privilege of capturing this now family of four, and I love the smiles we got this year. Excited to share!

Sean had messaged Amanda several times, but she had ignored each one until one day she figured "meh, why not?" and so she replied to him. Sean wasn't like the other guys on there; he wanted to talk about real things, he showed actual depth, and their conversation bloomed.
Read MoreMarc and Amber have an incredible story that spans decades. Being there on their wedding day was a real treat, getting to meet their family, kids, loved ones, and witness their special moments together. These two have such amazing smiles, kind words, and a perfect chemistry that shines through in every interaction. The wedding was a beautiful cruise boat affair that will definitely stand out as one of the best I’ve ever done. I can’t wait to share these photos with you, these incredible moments, and I’m so proud of how they look.
Read MoreI know I talk about this a lot, but I do that because it’s true. The compliment of being able to see the same family every year is immense. The idea that you can take someone’s photo, capture them, and they come back a year later and say “hey, you did such a great job capturing the most valuable thing in life, we want you to do it again.” humbles me. This is even more true with Kevin and Alex and their beautiful family, as i’ve had the chance to be there from their engagement, to the pregnancy announcements and now to their beautiful family of five. In addition to that, getting to meet even more people in their family this time was huge, and so so great. I’m very excited to share these ones from our big family shoot out in the fields.
Read MoreThe first time they met was because Abby needed help with her car. You may think that she needed help because she is completely oblivious when it comes to cars, but she isn't - she was in mechanic school. That said, her boyfriend had a friend named Kevin who was pretty darn awesome with cars, so she face timed him. He helped her. That was it.
Read MoreHunter and Becca had a wedding that stood out to me in a year filled with incredible weddings. Not only are they fun and easy to get along with, but they are also engaging, kind, and have great family and friends. They picked a venue that I genuinely enjoyed shooting at, and their day featured so many unique little touches, from Becca’s shoes and Hunter’s cufflinks, to the llamas that graced the reception (yeah, llamas). So many things at this wedding were beautiful and thought out, and I’m so excited I get the chance to share these photos with you.
