Wedding Photography: Josh & Solina's Historic Davenport Wedding

Josh and Solina are two people I have really enjoyed meeting. From the first time I met Solina over coffee, she was engaged, with a bright smile and easy to get along with attitude, to the first time I met Josh during our engagement photos, where we talked about running, his (basically) broken toe, and of course, him and Solina. So when their Historic Davenport wedding rolled around I was excited to see them again, take pictures of these two beautiful people, but also meet their families, friends, and get to know them more. I’m pleased to say I had a blast. They are kind, engaging and thoughtful, and I can say the same for their families. I loved every minute of my time with them, and i’m so excited that I get to share their wedding photos with you now.

Engagement Photographers: Noah and Amanda

Noah and Amanda are two people with some magnetic personalities. They are two people that are just fun to be with, to talk to. This must have been what their parents thought too when they kept saying to their kids "you should meet Amanda!" (or Noah, in Amanda's case). So, one day, after church, they met. It was a "Oh hey! I'm Noah" kind of deal. And that was it. I asked Noah what he thought when he first met Amanda, and he said something along the lines of "Wow! She's beautiful! Normally when Mom's try to set you up, there's something that doesn't click, but that wasn't the case here".

Spokane Wedding Photographers: Cord and Christy's Spokane Valley Wedding

About ten years ago (woah! 10 years!) I had the chance to shoot an incredible couple who are kind, thoughtful, and love their dogs (shout out to John and Michelle!). Their wedding was beautiful, and I loved it. Fast forward to this March and I had the chance to photograph Michelle’s twin sister. What an honor. It's always amazing to me how much I remember about the weddings I shoot, but also how much I genuinely enjoy seeing the people again. This wedding was that way for me, and i’m so excited to share these late March, snow melting-but-still-super-cold-outside photos.

Personal: Wedding Photographer Goes to Arizona/Utah

Early last November I had the opportunity to fly down to Arizona to do some family photos for the Fischers. To say it was awesome would be an understatement. Not only was it so great to see them, but catching up with them and talking with them was another huge highlight of my trip. That said, before that photo shoot ever took place my incredible wife Crystal and I flew down a couple days early to explore the area a little more. These photos are part of what I got from that adventure.

Spokane Wedding Photographers: Alex & Rebecca's Spokane Club Wedding

Alex and Rebecca are two genuine, kind people. After spending some time with them at their engagement and hearing their story, and then listening to their vows, being there on their wedding day, watching Alex see Rebecca for the first time, it’s hard for me to not appreciate them even more. Their wedding was beautiful, filled with amazing people, great moments, funny moments, and a couple who clearly love each other. I think this is even more evident when you check out their Photo Story (embedded below) which includes the audio from he first look, their vows, and some of the toasts. I love how it brings things to life, and you dont’ just see their smiles - you hear it. I hope you love it as much as I loved making it.
