Destination Photographer: Nick & Brianna's Incredible Cliffside Mexico Wedding

What feels like a long time ago I worked with Nick. We parked cars together. He was someone I always enjoyed working with, he was easy to talk to, relatable, kind, hard working (one of the most important factors to having a good coworker). We even went snowboarding together once (we both ended up leaving pretty sore, if I remember correctly, as we both hit a jump a little too hard, a little too fast).

Downtown Spokane Engagement: Ryan & Sarah's River Front Park Engagement

There are a lot of guys that can probably relate to the “cute girl in line” problem. Spokane Photographer: Taylor & Lynsie's Country Engagement

Taylor loved going to Capones. Good food, good beer, friendly service. But one day when he arrived he found out that the beer he liked to drink the most (I'm guessing, but I THINK it was a Coors light in a bottle) they no longer carried, so he had to drink it from a can, or something like that. He was Maverick. He didn't really plan it, but he figured "hey, why not, I'll go to this Halloween party". What he didn't know was that Allison had spent all last summer binge watching a movie she had never seen before - Top Gun. So when she saw him come in with his leather jacket and aviators, she knew exactly who he was.

North Idaho Wedding at Elkins Resort

In mid April I had the privilege of heading up to Elkins Resort on Priest Lake and take pictures of an incredible and beautiful wedding. It was beautiful. In the midst of the rain and clouds was an area that was gorgeous with green and blue, something that was so obvious to me I added a couple photos of the surrounding area. The couple was so much fun, and while rain often causes distress on wedding days, it didn’t phase either of them. I love photographing weddings, from Spokane to Coeur d’Alene, but Priest Lake and Elkins Resort is always something special.
