Montana Wedding Photographer: Dillon & Mariah's Montana Lake Wedding

Dillon and Mariah had an incredible day, from the beautiful home in the forest that Mariah got ready at, to the incredible Cedars we did portraits at, and finally to that amazing sunset late into the evening (sunset that day was almost around 10pm). The thing is though, it was Dillon and Moriah who made their day special. It was these two who were kind, and generous, who laugh and look at each other with such kindness. Look no further than their first look, and the way Dillon looks upon his beautiful bride to know the love they share among each other. Or the single tear that came down Mariah’s face as she walked down the aisle to say “I will love you and no other” in front of her best friends and family. I loved being there, and i’m so excited to share these photos with you. :)

Axton and Shauna are incredible people and their wedding downtown Spokane at the McGinnity room definitely stayed in line with that. That is to say, their wedding was awesome. From the incredible space, to the amazing and friendly bridal party, the kind family, and of course, the amazing bride and groom, their wedding day had great and stunning moments. Axton and Shauna had a beautiful first look and some great and touching moments during their ceremony. I loved their style and colors, and I loved how that style fit so well at their venue of choice. Jason and Caitlin and every kind of wedding. Sunny, rainy, cloudy - but the weather wasn’t all of it. There were moments of pure joy, laughter, uniqueness (i’m looking at you children’s book in the middle of the ceremony), love and of course a ton of good times. Their wedding was filled with these memories, these moments, and I loved capturing them, these people that make up the fabric of Jason & Caitlin’s lives.

Chris and Sammy had such an amazing wedding at the Davenport Downtown Spokane. As I was going through their photos it reminded me of so many amazing moments, from the bridesmaids crying as the bride danced with her dad for the first time, to the amazing first look where Chris showed how clearly he loved Sammy, to their amazing last dance - which was them all alone on the dance floor as the night faded away. Each moment was something I loved to capture, something I loved to be able to be there so that they would always remember. There is something about photographing weddings that is just so fun. Seeing people in love, but also seeing them with their friends and families is so meaningful. Kekoa and Rachel’s wedding just outside of Spokane at On Rivers Edge was beautiful and filled some great moments.

Gabe and Bethany are two amazing people. I’ve known Gabe for several years as I had the privilege of photographing his sisters wedding, and then his younger brothers wedding. Similarly, i’ve loved working with him over the years at other various events and weddings as he has been a key factor in how great Settlers Creek is. To be frank, there’s nothing not to like about Gabe - he’s kind, well spoken and caring. Bethany, whom I haven’t know for as long, is an amazing match. She has always been so considerate and hard working, and her smile is genuine and thoughtful. I have enjoyed every conversation i’ve had with her. Over the last couple years I have gotten to know her and her family at church, and it has only reinforced these opinions of her. So being able to be there when these two people have said “I want you and no other” has been such a privilege for me.
