Spokane Photographer: Stephon & Maria's Manito Engagement

Sometimes things align in the right way, and bring two people together who would never have met otherwise. For Stephon and Maria, this is how I think of their story. Maria, visiting Hawaii on vacation from her staying Australia, was out looking to get some drinks with her friend. They picked a bar. The same bar that Stephon and his air force friends had also picked (they were there for a little while from where they were stationed in Japan). Two people, from two totally different parts of the world, end up going to the same bar.

Spokane Family Photographer: Arutyunyan Family

I had the privilege of photographing Scott and Maria’s wedding at the Historic Davenport a couple years ago. It was beautiful, classy, and so fun. So when Maria contacted me earlier this year to tell me they were coming back into town and they wanted to get family photos, I was pumped to see them and their extended family again. They were so fun, easy to laugh with and talk to, and this family shoot proved to be no different. I hope you love these photos as much as I loved taking them.

Spokane Engagement Photographer: Pierre & Molly's Tubbs Hill Engagement

Pierre and Molly like the same drink (Tequila on the rocks), and several years ago Pierre was in CDA visiting when he and her happened to order the same drink. Now, to be fair, the fact they ordered the same drink is just a cool little fact, it wasn't what brought them together. In fact, Pierre said their eyes locked from across the room, so he got up, walked over to her and said "do I know you from somewhere?" Molly, for her part, thought she also recongized him. Pierre has such a genuine smile, and kind manner, that it is easy to think of him as someone you've talked with before. In this case, neither of them knew each other.

Daniel and Janell are two amazing people. You can see that in the little details (like how they got together) to how they treat others around them. You can see that in how Daniel memorized his vows, or how amazing Janell’s smile is when they are talking and joking together. These two people are just great people. who love those around them and care for them.

I only met this amazing family of four the morning we did their photos. They were kind, so easy to get along with, and had two amazing children - who got very cold (it was early morning, after all) That said, those children were incredible, when they smiled it was so full of joy, it made capturing it all so easy. Coeur d'Alene Maternity Photos: Alex and Julie

Less than a year ago I met Alex and Julie as we climbed a mountain for their engagement photos. That was followed a couple months later with their beautiful wedding on Coeur d’Alene lake at the Hagadone Event Center. So when I was contacted about 5 months after the wedding and told that Julie and Alex were expecting, I was pumped! It’s always so awesome to be a part of special moments in couples lives, and it’s an even larger honor to continue to be a part of those moments. Alex and Julie are going to be amazing parents, and I enjoyed exploring with them again.
