They met on Tinder - as so many people do these days. They started talking via chat, but one of the things that really struck Rebecca was that Alex was asking real questions - and responding in a deeper, less surface level way. This already set him apart from the others she had tried to talk to on the app. This was two years ago though, so they were in the middle of the lockdown for COVID, and so instead of doing an official date to start, they decided to do a Zoom date. This helped with Rebecca's anxiety around meeting someone online, but also meant they didn't have to drive the hour and a half between each others homes.

To say I enjoyed it, I enjoyed the people, the location, the weather, would also be an understatement. Jake and Laura (and Laura’s family, who I also got to meet on this trip) are some incredible people. They are kind, thoughtful, deep, funny, considerate and fun - if I name just a few of their best qualities.

They love each other, they have magnetic laughs and some great friends. This was shown over and over again to me during their beautiful wedding at the Historic Davenport. I am so excited to be able to share these with you, these moments, these people, these photos. It was a beautiful day, one to remember for a lifetime.
Read MoreWe had a summer that extended well into fall. It felt like we had sun and 70 degree weather almost all the way to November. That said, it did end, and we ended up getting a bunch of rain (and now snow). Well, the Miller’s family photo shoot landed on a very rainy day. That said, we still had some absolutely beautiful fall colors, and some incredible views. These guys were ready for anything, and even though it was pouring on us I think what we got not only looks incredible, but also fairly dry! I absolutely loved meeting the Millers, and I am so excited that I get to share these photos of this amazing family.
Read MoreThey met on Tinder. I asked Skyler why he swiped right on Kristin's profile and he looked and me and said "To be honest, I swiped right on EVERYONE's profile" - and his logic was very reasonable - why bother looking if you don't match anyway? He figured, see who he matches with, THEN look to see if there was anyone there he was interested in. Kristin was much more thoughtful, and she really liked how Skyler had a great photo of him featured and not one of him with a bunch of friends.
Read MoreIt’s not every day, or even every year, you go to a wedding that has two ceremonies. In fact, I believe that’s only happened to me once before, and even then they were on different days. Well Dylan and Sam put that all aside and said “let’s do both!” And so we had a day with multiple dresses, changes, portraits when we could, two ceremonies, great toasts and incredible people. Dylan and Sam are two people that are so great to be around, so kind, and this translates to their friends and family as well. This wedding had so many great moments, I am so excited that I have the chance to share those with you.
